MONARCH ENERGY LIMITED (TSX-V: MNL; the “Company”), has renewed its Investor Relations Consulting Agreement with Kalayra Angelyys for a further period of one year, commencing January 1, 2008. The Company has granted to Ms. Angelyys a Consultant’s Option to purchase up to 200,000 common shares of the Company exercisable at $0.18 per share. The options vest in stages over the twelve-month term of the Renewal Contract, and are subject to the Company’s Incentive Stock Option Plan.
